Dr. Spencer Heninger is a fun and adventurous doctor who loves to get outside and be with his family. Whether he is biking, hiking, hunting, or skiing, he loves the adventure.

Spencer also enjoys traveling with his family, all around the world. He is originally from Canada, loves sports, and poutine.

Dr. Spencer Heninger is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with extensive expertise in advanced foot and ankle care. After earning his degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, he completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency at the University of Utah and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City. Known for his commitment to innovative treatment, Dr. Heninger stays current with the latest procedures and techniques. As a dedicated researcher and inventor, he has developed specialized surgical tools to aid in treating painful foot conditions. His scholarly contributions include several published articles, and he brings particular expertise in managing lower extremity wounds and diabetic foot care. At AOS, Dr. Heninger works within a state-of-the-art facility that allows him to deliver the very best in foot and ankle care.

Dr. Heninger is the only provider in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming that uses Hydrocision/TenJet as a treatment option for chronic tendinopathy.
